On Paige's birthday, everyone headed to our house after church where we had lunch and of course, cake. (Warning: Excessive cake pics to follow.)
She seemed to like having "Happy Birthday" sung to her, but did not like having to wait to dig into the cake.
She needed a little prompting, but I think she remembered what the whole "cake" thing was about.
And of course Brooke and Miles were happy to encourage and help her dig in.
After a quick wash-up in the sink and dress change, we headed over to open gifts before the witching naptime hour occurred.
She got some very fun birthday and dedication gifts and once again, Brooke and Miles were happy to help her open them and test them out.
What celebration would be complete without a couple Stinkeye shots?
I feel like a broken record, but we're so thankful for how much and how well our kids are loved and supported.
