As usual, I'm going to dump the other photos that I don't have a good category for into a post. I'm pretty sure the above picture was taken by Matt because Brooke had similar hair to the statue.
The kids are allowed to wear White Sox gear for another couple of weeks based on how the season is going. Good thing the Cardinals are our second favorite team. We just need to get some gear for them...
Proof that Paige is showing a little more independence. She's not a huge fan, but will actually hold her own bottle/cup when forced to. She also is fully into the "mess making" baby stage. It's great for keeping her busy, not so much for cleaning up after her.
She's started doing a little backward scoot/army crawl.
We went to our friend Tye's birthday party a couple of weekend ago. The kids had a blast.
Brooke was very impressive on the rock wall.
Another night, Matt took the kids to one of their babysitter's track meets. They were really into cheering for her.
Brooke got to ride in Grandpa Brian's convertible after her soccer game that same weekend. Miles got to cruise around the block in it, too.
Grandpa Brian also took Brooke on her field trip to Willowbrook yesterday. And of course she talked him into stopping at McDonald's on the way home.

We've had our fair share of rainy and cloudy days around here, but the kids don't let it get them down.
They decided to help Matt grill, despite the crummy weather.
