Brooke's pretty consistently on the smaller side of the clothing spectrum: she's just recently legitimately fitting into her 6-9 month clothes. This hat, however, is for an 18-24 month-old.
Oh girl, Brooke, I can relate. "One size fits all" does not apply to me. When all the cute girls in high school were getting fun little cowgirl hats at Target, I had to go to the western store and be fitted for the real thing.
