Brooke woke up on her birthday a little sniffly, so I skipped the fireworks show and hot air balloon ride that I had planned for her and decided to take it easy. We played with her new toys, ran a couple of errands and met Matt for lunch. Later, Grammie, Grandpa and Aunt Jamie stopped by with a few birthday surprises.
Brooke also had her one year check-up on Friday. In hindsight, it was a REALLY bad idea to give her shots when she's already teething with a cold AND has her dedication and birthday party this weekend. Live and learn. But more about that later...

Weight - 19 lb., 13 oz. - 30th percentile - moving up!
Height - 29 in. - 48th percentile
Her head circumference was in the 85th percentile again. There's no getting around her giant noggin (no pun intended)!
