We had our Thanksgiving meal with my family in St. Louis this year. They eat an early meal, so we were able to get back to Wheaton by a decent hour on Thanksgiving night. When we first arrived at my grandparents', Brooke and Lexi sang a really cute song about turkeys not liking Thanksgiving. They claimed that they "wrote" it, but I feel like they must have at least garnered inspiration from a school or church song. If not, they may have futures as children's authors.
The kids also got some really cute clothes that my grandparents had bought them on a recent trip to Branson. It was all matching, of course.

It was so nice to be able to see most of my family that day, and reminded me of how much we have to be thankful for. Happy thanksgiving!
